The Big Bang Schools Tour 2012
On Wednesday, 16 May 2012, students from Years’ 7, 8 and 9 Science were joined by Werrington Primary School and St John’s Primary School, to take part in ‘The Big Bang School Tour 2012’.
Students enjoyed a fun-packed session of interactive and media based activities.

Year 5 DT & ICT Technology Days
On Thursday, 10 May and Friday, 11 May 2012, over 200 students from local primary schools, came to Moorside High School.

On the 1st and 8th of May we were visited by Werrington Y5’s and on the 15th May by Y5 pupils from Weston Coyney Juniors. They have all experienced a taste of what music is like at Moorside High school.

Music Pupils On The Road
On the afternoon of Thursday 10th November a group of musicians performed at Werrington Village Hall. The performances covered a variety of music and styles.

Moorside visit to China in March 2012
As part of the fundraising for the forthcoming visit to Shanghai, the International Leaders group, who are going to China, provided a bag packing service at Asda in Cheadle. The pupils provided an excellent service and were rewarded with donations amounting to just over £200. Well done to the pupils and a big thank you to the staff and customers of Asda in Cheadle.
